Eddie Galvan is a seasoned advisor specializing in M&A, strategy, and corporate finance, with a strong focus on payments, fintech, vertical software, and proptech. He brings nearly two decades of experience guiding enterprising technology and tech-enabled businesses through acquisitions, restructurings, capital raises, and strategic transformations.

Most recently, Eddie advised on the sale of Linga, Inc., a vertically integrated payments and POS software company, to PNC Bank. He also played a key role in the acquisition of SpaceOS, a European workplace management software provider, by Equiem, a global tenant engagement and building operations SaaS platform.

Beyond his advisory work, Eddie has been an operator and entrepreneur, founding his own payments startup and serving as CFO for high-growth consumer and retail enterprises. His deep understanding of corporate finance, investment strategy, and operational leadership makes him a valuable asset to both private and public companies navigating complex business decisions.

Before transitioning into the business world, Eddie served as a U.S. Naval Officer, first as a Surface Warfare Officer and later as a Nuclear Engineer, with honorable service during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. His leadership, analytical rigor, and mission-driven approach continue to inform his work in the private sector.
